BluePrint Holsters 30-day-sealAll Blue print manufactured products have a limited  warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. Blueprint will repair, replace or refund the purchase price at Blueprints discretion of any product covered under warranty. This warranty does not apply to damage to the product caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, alteration, abuse or failure to read or follow the instructions. Warning  blood red eyelets are painted and the paint could flake or chip from hard use. Paint flaking and chipping on eyelets are not covered under warranty. Do not order red eyelets if you feel that paint chipping or flaking off should be under warranty.  In addition to our warranty, Blueprint also offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for any product purchased directly from Blueprint; however the customer is responsible for all fees associated with shipping the item. We will refund the purchase price of the item excluding the shipping. You may be charged a restock fee if the product is no longer in new condition. Blueprint makes no other warranties. Unless prohibited by applicable state law, the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and all other warranties; expressed or implied, are excluded and do not apply to sales of Blueprint product for a particular use. Liability for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of Blueprint products is expressly disclaimed and excluded. Product warranty is limited to manufacturing  defects for life  to the original owner.  If you melted or damaged your holster we will work out a fair solution. We want happy customers.
Returns will be accepted with a return authorization number (RA#) issue by the Blueprints customer service department. Please contact us through our website for an RA number. All return packages must have this RA number clearly visible on the outside of the package to process the return. Packages sent to Blueprint without a visible return authorization number may be refused


Shipping cost is NOT REFUNDABLE.

Day 15 – 30 From Date Received and a 15% restocking fee is charged (15% of product cost).
Day 31 and Over From Date Received – Returns Not Accepted for refunds.
ALL RETURNS MUST be accompanied by a Refund Form for the return to be processed.
Shipping Costs – We do not refund any shipping cost, returns are shipped at purchasers expense. If we at made a mistake we will refund shipping for the most basic shipping through the post office only (this is at the discretion of
Non-Standard Custom Holsters – Any completely custom or discounted holster purchased, which is defined as “any holster that required consultation  before the order was placed” is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE.
